Easy theme editing and page designing

Theme design and page editing is obviously not as easy as other programs ... so with wanting to spend more time building my small business and less time building the website, is there any extensions that make theme designing and layout easier? I see a few Page Builder extensions out theres .. is that what I need? Which extension is the best for theme building and page design? I just want to plug it in and go to work... I love the Magento system as a whole, its just getting my website to look good is a pain while also doing all the work of a small little business. I switched from X-Cart to Magento as I like the structure better but the design part is a nightmare, I mean X-Cart isn't easy but it is easier to design the site. Any Help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, You are right that you need Page builder extension for it. You can find out page builder extension to build cms page easily.

I also had problems like you before.
Magento is very powerful about sales processing, but its built-in content feature is not easy. So you need an extension for it. I searched and discovered that the magento 2 page builder is very easy to use, the intuitive drag-and-drop interface and display right on the admin backend. It freed my time and life
