Extension for reporting bugs and errors.

Hi

This is my first post on this forum (ever or at least for very long time). 

I may be confusing things, but remember there was a possibility for magento store visitors to report an error or a bug on a page. This could be extension or Magento 1 feature.

Not sure if it exists for Magento 2, but would be very handy to have a link or a button on the page that would allow store visitors to report errors to site admins.

Does anyone came across this kind of extension, or can advise if this functionality is available in Magento 2?
