Extension that verifies EIN number

Is there an extension that verifies an EIN number? We are a wholesale company and want to verify a retailer's EIN number automatically

I do not belive there is a Magneto ext for this but I did some Google Searching and found there are a number of API services that potentially could do this.

You would need to create an module to work with your Magento store using a third party API
