Extension to require higher minimum on first order only

I am looking for an extension that will allow me to require a higher minimum order amount than subsequent orders.

For example, on the first order users will have to spend $300 and every order after that they only have to spend $150.

Thanks I have checked there but did not see any options that would work for me.
