Finding an extension wherein a partner can also post a job hiring

I'm new on developing e-commerce sites using Magento. I use marketplace extension for multi vendor, now I also want that the vendor can also post a job hiring at the same time. Or if there's no such thing maybe a tutorial on doing it in a custom way?

The site that I am currently developing is somewhat a combination of e-commerce and a job site.

Do you have the ability to add custom fields to the vendor's profile? It would just make sense to add a custom field named 'Jobs' and let that user fill it out with the opening that they might have. 

Or are you looking for something more custom/specific?
