I'm looking for an extension which can add many table rate shipping, upload and export them to CSV. Can anyone suggest me? Thanks in advance.

I think with the use of Magento 2 Shipping table rates extension by MageANts you can easily add multiple table rate shipping and configure shipping table rates using a CSV file.

Below are the steps for configuring shipping table rates using a CSV file.

1. Install shipping table rates extension in your store.
2. You can enable it from store --> Configuration --> Sales --> Shipping table rates by MageAnts.
3. You can set other configurations as per your need and requirement.
4. Then create shipping table rates from sales --> shipping table rates.
5. Make a CSV file and add your rates for shipping table rates.
6. Edit your shipping table rates and add your CSV file.
