I am starting with online business and i have also known Magento has released the latest version Magento 2.3. But I am in trouble with the installation these days. I followed some guides but still so complicated to go through.  Can you give me one simple? Thanks in advance

Don't worry about it. At first, I also met some issues of installing. But the instruction below made my installing process become easier

If you have some knowledge about development practices I will recommend you to go with composer installation. It will save lots of time in future regarding Magento upgrade and security and general patching.

Installing Magento 2 can be complicated but I recommend you to follow the tutorial "Install Magento 2 on Localhost using XAMPP "

 

It has detailed steps to install the latest Magento 2.3.1 which may be helpful to you.
