@admincp, You have to run below command for sortout your issue in magento 2.1.6,

php bin/magento catalog:images:resize

Clear cache.

If issue solved, click Accept as Solution.

@admincp You have to open terminal using command panel,

just go to your magento path,

run command,

php bin/magento catalog:images:resize

Clear cache and check again.
