I'm looking for Extension that can do Promo/Starter Sales & Campaigns

I'm looking for something very simular to  teespring.com and spreadshirt.com

Where X amount of sales need to happen before the orders ship out or the campaign ends;

Such as; 50 sales goal required to print T-shirts, and with a countdown timer for certain categories.

Anyone know an module that can do this?
