Looking for a cloud-based POS system

I'm looking for a cloud-based POS solution. I'm using a POS extension at the moment yet not happy with it. Some of my requirements are:
- Real-time synchronization
- Able to use on iPad
- Able to work offline
- Support Authorize.net and Adyen payment gateways
