Needing help please to source the same plug in!

Hi all,

I am very new to this, i am currently having a website built by a company using Magento for me and im having a few issues ( with the web development company, not magento).

Before i paid for their services i asked them if i can hava a website that function slike this :

I have ended up with nothing like these at all and have been shown this :

Surely there is a way or plug in available to help me get what i request!

Hi Col, 

Are you looking for just the technical implementation or do you need an end-to-end solution that would include prototyping, front-end development, QA testing, etc.? 

Because some of the things you're trying to achieve (if we understand correctly) can be done using Magento's default functionality. But this would not necessarily be the most elegant / user-friendly solution.
