Hi All,
We're currently evaluating the PWA POS from Magestore for our company. Just curious if this product itself has been certified by Magento, and will be supported in the long run when new version on Magento 2.x is introduced?
Any existing users willing to share the experience and feedback using this extension, and how's the overall experience thus far?
Hello @MikeNg
Magestore is well knows company and yes their pos solution is quite popular.
Magestore is select partner of Magento,

So you might get the idea already.
About support for Magento 2 that you can them if they provide support for how much time.
They stopped selling of all other extensions just to focus on Omni channel solution.
Sorry to go away from the original topic, but since MageStore is "Select Extension Builder" partner, what is the difference between the badge and "Magento2 Certified" badge?
As I'm new to this forum and has only recently exposed to Magento, I'm drawing some experiences working on Atlassian plugins and there is this concept of "Certified" Atlassian plugin. That means that the plugin is certified with the vendor with the highest quality and has an assurance it'll be supported in the long run.
How does that translate in the context of Magento marketplace and partners?
Hello @MikeNg
Magento 2 Certified is given to Magento developers. They need to give exams to earn that badge for their profile,
These are the type of certification to give you more idea about.

About partners, there are some criteria and the fees to be a partner of Magento.

Divided in solution, technology, and community.
To answer your query about extensions, All the extensions here you can see on the marketplace are tested and verified by the Magento team. Partners and Certified is to add more value to it.
I think you can go to their website to read some case studies. Or read reviews on other third-party review sites. They have a landing page that compares them with other providers: https://www.magestore.com/pos-comparison/. It means they are experts in retail. You can talk to their consultants to know more about their product.
I think that Magestore has a good PWA app, yet the one from ConnectPOS is also really great. You can take a look for reference here. They offer a free demo so you can test it out.
