Parent images in child products

I want a simple module that can show the image of the parent product in the child products. I use size products and I need to show the parent image in the child products.

Where do you want to show the parent image instead the child image?

For example, you can configure this behavior for Cart:

Product images configuration

That can be done without an extension.

we have the child products without images this is why we want to show the parent image.
