Pick n Mix with Magento

Does anyone know if Magento can do a pick n mix shopping cart.

In my case custumer coming to my website have to choose a Box size and then choose the sweets that he want to put inside the box.

Something similar to this : http://www.gulluoglu.co.uk/turkish-delights/build-box.html

As far as I know, there isn't any extension available right now. So you need to develop it yourself or hire a developer for this.

You can develop this extension using Magento Events.
