Proforma invoices / email a customer a request for payment

I'm using M2.2 community edition.

I want to invite one customer to buy something by email.  In particular an item that is Enabled but is not visible on the store.  He will click a link and then chooses a shipping method and check out normally. Is there a way to do this natively?  If not, are there any extensions?

Check Magento 2 Email Quote extension that may help you out!

The extension offers a backend grid to create and manage the customers' quotes. It also allows admin to create a customized order quote based on the customers' quote and sent it to customers via the "Email Quote" button. Coupon codes can also be directly applied from the backend!

The customers get Magento 2 order quote through Email which has a direct link that helps proceed to checkout quickly.
