Questions about custom options for double pricing (dropdown attribute)

Hello, i have a questions for custom option. How to add a feature where customer only have to pay once for that options. For example, if the customer have to select for a new block (printing). They only need to pay once, no matter how much quantity they purchase.

For standard options they multiplied when customer purchased more than one items. Which mean the customer pay for the 'block' twice or more depends on how much quantity they put. How to make they only pay once for block and can purchase as many quantity of items as they want. Is there any extension to solve this problem.

With the extetension you can create product options with one-time prices. In this case custom option's price will be added to the product price only once, regardless of product qnty added to cart.
