Stock per Website

I am looking for a simple extension, allowing me to change the scope of the stock attribute from global to website. I found some extensions, but all of them were very feature-rich and bulky, but I don't need drop shipping or ERP functionality, just a stock for each website.

A huge plus would be, if you could have a stock overview, where you can quickly see and change stock OR an import / export function.
