That can selll second hand products

Any extension that can be used to sell second hand or/and used products and also adding it's condition?

Or any other suggestions this can be done in Magento 1.9 using standard functionality?

All suggestions are welcome as am scratching my head but oly way I can thing of is to use an attribute and call it used and another with a condition for the product?
