We have specific delivery method settings which I think are done via a custom extention. The issue is that there used to be some postcode rules in place, set up via a csv file. Somehow during updating the site these csv files seem to have been deleted and because the person who oversaw setting up the site has left we do not know anything about the extension or the required file. How can we go about finding out what format this file needs to be?
