Why is my product filter URL ranking on Google SERP rather than my category URL?

hi, 
I am facing a problem with my website SEO developed in Magento 2.3.
After optimization of "Meta Title, Meta Keywords, Meta description" (//XXXXXXXX.xxx/frames.) of my categories, The duplicate "Meta Title, Meta Keywords, Meta description" on (https://XXXXXXX.com/frames.html?frame_rim_style=499) is created.
Now after Searching keyword on Google My category URL is not ranking but Filter URL is Ranking.

How to solve these issues.
