Thanks Pronto! But I saw so many reviews that their mobile app is bugged that I am quite confused and not sure if I want to use it since I would like to use it mostly on my iphone or ipad.
As I said, it works for me. Your mileage may vary as it depends on requirements and related competence.
So you don't have problems with their mobile app? And how it is with customization? How much you have to pay monthly to be able to customiza it as you want?
Their app works great but to be honest I can't compare it to anything other. They make updates very frequently so it's good in my opinion.
That's nice! You can have your phone for example locked and you get notifications about new chats? And can you customize your chat window?
Answering my own question: live chat for magento. It's far cheap and has a decent set of features.
