creates a Gallery Page

I work for a company that supplies and fits fencing, decking, sheds etc and we want to be able to showcase a lot of jobs we have done on our website. I'm struggling creating a page through CMS and wondered what the best extension would be so that i can break the jobs down into different folders and sub folders?
