Hi. can you suggest any extra fee, not just surcharge but extra fee:
1. have option to add payment fee and show its price with Payment method name?
2. works as surcharge(mandatory) or optional for gift wrap etc or additional shipment fee
3. must work with VAT taxes correctly. meaning fee tax must be added to particular tax rate row at totals
checked:
Mageworx Multiple fees, nice but tax is not correct, cannot show fee with payment title
Amasty Extra Fee, tax is not correct and doesnt work with TM firecheckout out of box
Fooman Surcharge, tax is perfect, but all fees are mandatory, cannot add any fee that is added by choice (gift wrap, optional insurance)
any other that will work with taxes correctly?
