First of all, for those of you who don't know vTiger, it's an online CRM. We use it to create invoices and keep track of our stock. We are currently looking to merge this with Magento.
What exactly are we looking for?
--> Currently customers can only order by phone or by mail. In the near future we want customers to be able to order their products online. This leads to the problem of the stock management. Without any interference, they will never come down to the same value. So, we want them to sync. Preferably both ways, but Magento > vTiger is also fine.
--> We are a manufacturing company. In vTiger we start with a sales order, from which we make a work order and an invoice. So we want the order/invoice from the Magento website to turn into a sales order.
Two seperate modules is also fine, although just the one would be prefered.
