need to add in comments system into customer account for backend

I am looking for an extension where I can add a comments type system to each customer's attribute profile in the zpanel that my admins can use to put in notes for each customer. My customer service people can use this as a mini-crm type system where they can document every phone interaction with the customer for a permenant record. I like the functionality (at a mininum) how the comments system now works in the ORDER VIEW page but would love a little more power.

 

Does anyone know of an extension that does at least this?

You can also have a look at the Advanced Help Desk extension for Magento. You will have an advanced ticket support system. The extension allows to create departments and assign operators to them. Your customers will be able to submit new and see replies on existing tickets. Thus customer can link an order to the ticket or ask a general question.
