preventing spam sign-ups

I've developed a website in which the client allows registrations to emails with limited domains. But due to popularity of the site, it gets a lot of span sign-ups using disposable emails. I want to prevent such spam registrations and looking for a way to identify and restrict such users. Any ideas or extensions are welcomed.
