I am looking for a search extension which contains the add to cart button in search box
similar to www.bigbasket.com

I am also looking for a extension which on scroll down loads the next page

The extension doesn't contain the quantity option by default. But it can be added with customization.

Both let you add the 'Add to card' button to the AJAX pop-up with instant search results. On top of that, there you can add the product rating, # of reviews, product SKU, thumbnail and display the product availablilty.
