set different tax class for a product per store view?

I have a store with 2 store view: English and Germany and I want customers from English store view are charged different taxes from customers from Germany store view. How can I do that? It seem default Magento do not support it for store view?

You can try Magento Tax per Store View extension which will change Scope of Tax Class Attibute into Store View. Therefore, you can choose a specific tax class for a product for each store view. However, you still need to set up tax rules with these taxes
