uploding flash audio/video files to CMS page

Does anyone have a good extension that would allow us to upload flash files?

We are an ecommerce site and provide retailer trainings. In the event that someone cannot attend we'd like to offer the training on a CMS page.

Suggestions on how to make this a password protected page also appreciated. Thank you so much!
