Kann mir bitte jemand kurz helfen, einen Kleinmengenzuschlag zu addieren bzw. anzulegen?

Für Bestellungen unter 100 CHF Zuschlag von 20 CHF. Irgendwie schaffe ich es nicht (. DANKE!

Lets say one orders something for 10,–. The Idea of "Kleinmengenzuschlag" is actually to avoid such a minimum order. I think you all know that. The idea is to surcharge then – lets say 50,– to the 10,– so that the total amount is 60,– (plus shipping).  I'am sure this can be done somehow. But how…
