Difference between Magento Enterprise Edition and the Community Edition

1.Could you please help me with the difference between Magento Enterprise Edition and the Community Edition ?

Except the price what is the Difference?

2. We are website designer also. What we re-sell Magento to our client? Does Magento allow Re-selling? Please answer in yes or no.
