You may scan your website using https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/ or take help from some security firm to identify if a malicious JavaScript has been added to your website checkout or any code file has suspicious code.

Remember Magento1 is no longer supported. Try to migrate to Magento2 or any other platform of your choice.
