Can't find connect manager

Hi

I recently installed Magento v.2.0.4 community edition and I cannot see the connect manager. I have visited several websites that point me to "system->Magento Connect" but it in not amongst the options. In system there is:

    • Export
    • Import/Export Tax Rates
    • Import History
  • Extensions
    • Integrations
  • Tools
    • Cache Management
    • Backups
    • Index Management
    • Web Setup Wizard
• • Permissions
    • All Users
    • Locked Users
    • User Roles
  • Other Settings
    • Notifications
    • Custom Variables
    • Manage Encryption Key
