Cannot Download Magento 2.2 from Magento.com

I cannot download Magento 2.2 resource from https://magento.com/tech-resources/download. It seems like there is JavaScript error when I checked browser's console.

jquery-1.9.1.min.js:5 POST https://magento.com/tech-resources/downloads/magento/info/referrer/aHR0cHM6Ly9tYWdlbnRvLmNvbS90ZWNoL... 403 () error.

Is working properly.

I've saw they changed the download so now you'll see a new form asking for some extra data. Maybe the problem is you browser cache? Can you try using the Incognito/Private mode to avoid the cached content?

I tried again with newly-installed ubuntu and with Incognito mode. Still same error. The spinner is running forever and there is JavaScript error in the console. When I click the error, it shows a form. After I filled in the form and submit it, it will land on the server error page.

I know the reason. Previously, the company name and company URL are not required fields for the account profile. Now, they changed it to required. I have to update my profile to continue downloading. Thanks a lot, @Damian Culotta

I tried completing my profile but I cannot save my edits, gives error 500. tried in Incognito and with Microsoft Edge but same behavior, please advise

Where do I fill the required fields? It seems I filled them all already and I'm still having this error

Yes - you need to filledup required information on this link - https://account.magento.com/customer/account/edit/

So after login to your magento account go to my account page by clicking on above link.

Fill up all the information which is required mostly related to company details !!

then click on save button.

Now coming back to this page - https://magento.com/tech-resources/download

try to download , download will be started !!
