Connection string is empty

i am new to magento, do not know much, i am trying to install "age check" verification.  when i press proceed to install i get an error "Connection string is empty" when i try to change settings i get error installation path is in correct. can some body help me?

I've moved your message to it's own topic as it's not related to the topic you posted it in. 

For your issue, please try doing a workaround by going to the Settings tab and under Deployment Type, choose FTP Connection instead of Local Filesystem. Input the required details as well as the correct Installation Path and it should work.
