Hi I'm having problems installing a new extension Magento Google Tag Manager Enhanced Ecommerce (UA) Tracking, and it's not working and their support couldn't provide an answer.
I tried many versions of the extension (when we bought it,v7.0.0 was available, and the current version is v9.0.2)
Right now, if I enable the extension I get a blank screen with no error message, but the backend works perfectly.I tried debugging using different methods but couldn't find what's happening.
can anyone help?
