Error Message Fatal error

Fatal error: Class 'Raveinfosys_Exporter_Helper_Data' not found in /home/ontime/public_html/app/Mage.php on line 546

I'm getting the error message above on the first page of my admin page from the Bulk Import+Export Orders to CSV module installation. I can't get to anything else in the backend admin site to try and uninstall the add on. Can anyone help me with this?

Try disabling caching and indexing for the Magento. And if you need to disable extension, please comment global configuration file of extension that is available here App->etc folder.
