Hi,
I am facing problem when i am uploading the extension on magentoconnect. My magento version is 1.9.1.0 and am downloading the extesion from https://marketplace.magento.com but while uploading following error is occure

Can you please suggest any solution to resolve this.

Which module are you trying to install?

Hi m trying to install extension for SMTP Pro, SMS Alert by Cozy Vision Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Tawk.to Live Chat(this extension is fully support to my magento version). other than this no one extension is uploaded. all extension i downloaded from magento connect

So you're using the MagentoConnect Manager and setting the access key to install through the Marketplace?

I've used the MagentoConnect Manager and has worked correctly.

Can you share the access key you've used for one of those (free) extensions? I would like to try it.

These are the access key wich i used for the extension.key is not installed and also zip file is not installed...

I've tested with the first module.

I've entered the key you shared:

Magento1 module key

Then I've clicked on "Proced"

MCM installation

Finally, the module was installed:

Module installed using MCM

And also I was able to uninstall it.

Uninstall modules with MCM

So it seems everything works properly.

Can you please tell me what version of magento your using?.. i am using magento 1.9.0.1 but in my side it is not working..

That is a Magento 1.9.3.6.

Is almost a vanilla installation with some simple modules that I made (is my development environment). Nothing special.
