Error while connecting with Magento Marketplace

Hello all  I am new to Magento & I am using Magento 2.0.7 in my server when I am connecting with Magento Marketplace to install a purchased extension It is not connecting with the Marketplace I have entered The Public & Private key from my Magento connect account Please If any one can help in this.

 

The error is as follows:
