Hi, I am trying to purchase the Australian Post eParcel Export extension - Eparcel Export for Magento and when I get to the payment via paypal step (the only payment option) I get the following message - 

Your purchase couldn't be completed

There's a problem with the merchant's PayPal account. Please try again later.

Can someone from Magento advise what the issue is as I need this extension ASAP.
