M2E pro : No Products appears during Add Listing Wizard (ebay)

I installed the extension ver (M2E Pro ver. 6.3.8) on Magento ver. 1.9.2.1 ... and started the wizard of adding new e-bay listing - once I reached to (Add Products) step and I have two options (chose from categories or from products list) if I clicked continue : the new screen doesn't show any products . it shows this (Total 3616 records found) without showing any product ... how to fix it ....

And I am unable create a new listing or delete this listing ... When I hover on the (Sell on e-Bay) button on the upper menu (in admin panel) I got no sub-menu and the click takes me to the same wizard screen (add products)

I selected the : Magento Store View: Main Website > Main Website Store > Default Store May be this is the reason of the problem.

I tested it on my test server and select the Magento Store View: Admin (Default Values) and it works fine
