Magento Marketplace : Extension installation issue with varnish cache

I submitted custom extension to Magento market place but it is reject.

I received below report from market place, Can any one has idea about it.

Errors listed below must be fixed and resubmitted to Marketplace.
Errors during installation

Please visit the Magento DevDocs guide in order to learn how to install extensions and use CLI.

Environment: Operating System - Centos 7, PHP Version - 7.0.28, Magento Platform - 2.1.11 CE Varnish, Sampla Data

Command:

eqp:varnish:run

Installation issue:

http://magento.dev/ page doesn't contain HIT in cache header.

Did any one have faced this issue or solution.
