We have just appointed a new Magento Developer for our website (Magento 1.9.x.) Two of the tasks that we need done include installing a new Sliding Display Banner module, and contact form module. We have been informed that this will take up to 3 hours per task.
I have to admit, I couldn't imagine it taking 3 hours per task. Is this feasible?
I would have thought 30 minutes per task would have been more realistic?
