Which migration tool migrating from Big Commerce to Magento without loosing customers' passwords ?

I'm wondering whether there are modules supportting to migrate my customers' passwords from Big Commerce serve to Magento one or not. Because I can't code it on my own. It's somewhat a difficult process to deal with.
