compiler error

when I install an extension it give me compiler error

Extension is blog v1.0.0

Please help

I look it up it said to disable compiler. what is the benefit of the compiler should it be enabled?

In Magento 2 module, generally, we don't disable compilation. Can you please share the vendor name of Blog Extension which mentioned you to disable the compilation.
