Admin panel: Insert Image doesnt work

Hi all,

I am using current version of magento. Now if I click to "insert image" on my editor, I get this error:

404 error: Page not found.

How to fix it?

Have you checked permissions?

can you look into browsers console and check which url actually gets 404?
