Hello @Loginname,

Yes. You can delete those file. If you have install any extension via Magento connect manager then it download extension file here.

Hello @Loginname

You can proceed with housekeeping of these files as they are only cache files and they generate when temp in cache when we install plugin. So without any problem, you can proceed. Let me know if you have any other issue/ concern. Thanks
