Magento Enterprise Edition using MySQL ALTER Enable / Disable query in Core Functionality during invoking a save(). Magento is also Recommend to use InnoDB. But MySQL ALTER Enable / Disable is not supported by InnoDB, then why not Magento stop it?
This query sometimes makes interruption in our solution.
