Magento installer Doesn't show up

I've uploaded Magento to my cpanel and its inside /public_html? but i cant get the magento installer to show up. My website is http://asha.fluidnrgclients.com so wouldnt I just add /install to the end?

 

Instead i get: "404 File Not Found The page you are looking for might have been removed,
had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable"

 

Is this a permissions thing? or does my magento folder/specific file need to be in the root directory?

 

Please Help!

It looks like a permission issue. You could take a look here: http://devdocs.magento.com/guides/m1x/install/installer-privileges_after.html

 

One thing you should never do is set the permissions of all files and folders to 777. Just to let you know.
