Product item now showing

I added a new category to the root:

Root --> Gifts ---> handbags

I then created a new item, enabled ti and added ti to the handbag category, but its not displaying or showing. 

What am I missing?

Ok, I was able to get it to display (changed the config to display out of stock items), however the image isn't displaying....

What should I be looking for on that?

Hi,

Make sure under the tab "Images" that you have selected one/or all of the Radio buttons there, for the image you want to display.

There is a "radio button" for:

• Base image
• Small image
• Thumbnail

These must be set, in order for Magento to show product image in frontend.

Is these are set, try clearing you cache.
